SynthAI ("we", "us", "our") is operated by EmpowerStart LLC. We provide an AI-powered marketing automation platform at getsynthai.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Account data

Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register. Business name, website URL, business type, and goals when you complete onboarding.

Usage data

Prompts and conversations with AI assistants, content you create or publish through the platform, campaign data, and usage signals (e.g. which features you use and when).

Payment data

We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — their privacy policy applies to payment data.

Technical data

IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — used for security and improving the product.

• To provide and improve the SynthAI platform and your AI team
• To send proactive suggestions, daily briefings, and usage summaries
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We use row-level security in our database so users can only access their own data. For more detail, see our Security page.

SynthAI is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
